How to submit the list of books

We are pleased to inform that all applicants intend to participate in the 29th Tehran International Book Fair should forward a list of all books they are going to exhibit within the time frame specified in the Regulations Leaflet; 26 March 2016 to 13 April 2016. All the lists should be submitted online, empowering the swift and careful observation. The lists forwarded via email, CD, or in any other method would not be accepted. The online submission steps are stated below:

We are pleased to inform that all applicants intend toparticipate in the 29th Tehran International Book Fair shouldforward a list of all books they are going to exhibit within the time framespecified in the Regulations Leaflet; 26 March 2016 to 13 April 2016.

All the lists should be submitted online, empowering theswift and careful observation. The lists forwarded via email, CD, or in anyother method would not be accepted.

The online submission steps are stated below:

1. Each applicant is assigned a usernameand you can change your password in the Admin Panel. (Note: your access to the website for uploadingyour books information would be closed until you complete and forward allmentioned documents.)
2. Please refer tothe URL

3. You can chooseyour favorite language; all pages will be displayed in the same language.

4. Enter your username and passwordand click the loginbutton.

5. If the user enters the correctcredentials he will access the Admin Panel.A comprehensive guide for sending filesas well as the file structure isavailable on the site. You can easily download and read the samplefiles to forward your file.

6. Your account will be activated only in thepermitted timeframe; in the absence of lists the account is disabled. Subsequently failing to submitthe list you will not be allowed to take part in the Exhibition.

7. In case ofproblems please send an e-mail tosupport@anjomannsheran.com  and explain your problem.Within 24 hours yourproblem will be resolved. Avoid a phonecall or other emails; all the problems are fixed through this address.

8. The Email should include afull name of the responsible person forthe company / publicationsinformatics department as well as his mobilephone number to be in contact with him even during non-office hours. International PublishersRegistration Office will not be responsible for any delaysin services in case of failure to provide such information.

9. Any changes in database is not possible after the announced time frame.So, you can update your information just before the deadline. After the deadline, you will not be permitted tosell the books which are not submitted and listed in the website.

10. The maximum exchange ratewill be announced close to the Exhibition date. If the exchange rate applied on your list ismore, you will beobliged to decrease it to the statedrate and to sell the books in I.R at a confirmed price.But in case yoursis less than the stated rate, yourrate will be confirmed.

11. The discount isat least 10%/ book. Ifless, the system will automaticallyapply a 10% discount. Discount above 10% isallowed.

12. Books not allowed andconfirmed by the Monitoring and EvaluationCouncil will be deleted from the database and shall not be sold in the Exhibition.
13. All the information regardingthe books (Publication Date, Price, etc.) will be validated in different ways. In case of any difference, the information will be revised.

14. The Rules and Regulations to use the software for concentratedsale in the Exhibition will be announced later.This file includes the rules and conditionsto submit the list and information of books.
